Bill Merckel has been a licensed real estate agent since 2001. He has been actively involved in contracts worth over $122 million dollars. Before opening Merckel Real Estate, Bill worked seven years for a Coldwell Banker Commercial franchisee. In 2006, Bill earned Coldwell Banker Commercial’s top producer by ranking #1 in the state of Florida, #1 in the Southeast Region and #3 globally in the entire Coldwell Banker Commercial Affiliate, Inc network for sales volume.
Bill is a member of Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors, Orlando Board of Realtors and the Florida RLI Chapter. He holds an Accredited Land Consultant, ALC designation from the Realtors Land Institute and a Marketing Business degree from the University of Florida. |
Ken Runge |
Ken Runge has over twenty years of experience in commercial real estate in Central Florida. He spent four years in the construction and maintenance fields, before finding his niche in Property Management with Watkins Retail Group. Ken knows the vital importance of building strong relationships with property owners, tenants, brokers, and other clients. Over the years, managing large portfolios of office, industrial, and retail properties, those strong relationships have resulted in high occupancies and excellent tenant retention rates for his property owners. Ken also has experience in the fields of property acquisition, leasing, tenant representation, and property disposition. He has been involved in the disposition and acquisition of over $40,000,000 of commercial properties, and represented Giovanni’s Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria in the site selection and lease negotiations of their five Orlando area restaurant locations.
Ken is most proud of his seventeen years of friendship with the Edgewood Children's Ranch, where he is currently on the Board of Directors. He is also actively involved with Jobs Partnership of Florida and Kingdom Building Partnership. |
Anna Dorroh |
Anna Dorroh has been licensed since 1994 and has managed her husband's real estate office and assisted him in commercial and
residential sales. Her previous years in the telephone company,
US Postal Service and the catering business makes customer
service one of her best assets. She especially enjoys representing
buyers to assist them in fulfilling their dream of owning their home. |
Frank Dorroh |
Frank Dorroh has been licensed in real estate for nearly 30 years in Central Florida. In the early
years of his licensure he was also employed in the civil engineering business from which he learned
all aspects of site selection and development. After 10 years of this work he moved into residential
real estate and then commercial work, owning his own company and becoming licensed as a
mortgage broker as well. Frank has brokered everything from churches to banks and has been
involved in larger tracts requiring comprehensive land use changes and rezones to help his clients
maximize their holdings. His knowledge of financing and establishing values for buyers and
sellers will benefit all who choose to enlist him as their broker. Frank is married to Anna and has
two daughters Emily and Ashley and a son Collin He is active in coaching his son's baseball
team and enjoys playing golf in his spare time. |
Jason Sellers |
Jason Sellers grew up in Orlando and has extensive knowledge of the Central Florida real estate market. He has been involved in many facets of real estate over the last 4 years including commercial & residential sales, construction and investment properties. He was involved in the purchase, remodel, and sale of over 60 homes the last two years. He is also currently president of SEI Customs, Inc., a residential construction company that remodels and builds new homes in the central Florida area. |
